The product is intended for the removal of lime, urea, calcium, silicate and oxide deposits on the heat exchange surface of thermal power equipment by a non-dismantling method using and in combination with special CIP equipment of the hydropulse type.

Composition:
Highly effective solution of a mixture of surfactants, a composition of acids, detergents, and corrosion inhibitors.

Consumption rates for different types of heat exchange equipment*:

  1. It is determined by the volume of the heat exchanger medium contour to be cleaned by the non-dismantling method:
  • Shell and tube heat exchangers 1.2-2.5 KG/LITRE OF VOLUME;
  • Plate heat exchangers 1.2-2.5 KG/LITRE OF VOLUME;
  • Spiral heat exchangers 1.2-2.5 KG/LITRE OF VOLUME;
2. It is determined by the heat exchange surface area of the heat exchanger, which is subject to cleaning by the non-dismantling method:

  • Spiral-wound heat exchangers 35-40 KG/M2;
3. It is also determined empirically depending on the factors of pollution and operation of heat exchange equipment and pipelines:

  • Two-pipe heat exchangers of the “pipe in pipe” type;
  • Cooling water jackets of equipment;
  • Technological pipelines.

Concentrated alkaline detergent CPR ALKALINE CLEANER
The product is intended for cleaning and removing oil-based contamination, for removing fatty and protein contaminants (including burnt-on materials, resins) from plastic, ceramic, glass, stainless steel and metal surfaces in production and transport.
Used together with special equipment for non-dismantling restoration of heat exchange and flow-pressure parameters of the equipment:
  • Shell and tube heat exchangers;
  • Plate heat exchangers;
  • Spiral heat exchangers;
  • Spiral-wound heat exchangers;
